Ms. Yang is a partner and senior patent attorney at TriLibra IP Law Firm and has provided professional services to overseas clients for over 15 years. Ms. Yang previously worked at Leader IP Law Firm handling patent applications and prosecution issues for both Chinese and overseas companies from 2008. In 2009, Ms. Yang passed Huawei’s certification in patent drafting and prosecution both in China and overseas.

In 2011, Ms. Yang worked as the IP department director of a Chinese cloud technology company where she developed their comprehensive patent strategy and overseas patent filing procedures.

In 2015, Ms. Yang passed Alibaba’s verification to offer professional services in drafting and prosecuting their patent applications in China. In 2018, as a member of the Microsoft team at TriLibra IP Law Firm, Ms. Yang worked as a certified patent attorney in drafting Microsoft’s applications, claim charts and representing the client in license negotiation.
