Ms. Han started her career in the intellectual property industry in 2012 and served as Process Supervisor at Leader IP, one of the leading domestic intellectual property firms in China. During her years at Leader IP, she was deeply involved in the management of patent and trademark prosecution procedures, including filing formalities, official deadline monitoring, document management, and communication with clients. She built solid experience in handling complex procedural matters and ensuring the smooth progress of large volumes of IP cases in China.

Ms. Han later joined a major Chinese internet company and worked as Senior Process Director, where she was responsible for the procedural management and operation of the company’s intellectual property portfolio. In this role, she accumulated substantial in-house experience in coordinating patent and trademark filings, managing prosecution timelines, optimizing workflow systems, and supporting internal IP strategy implementation. Her in-house background also gives her a strong understanding of corporate clients’ expectations on efficiency, accuracy, risk control, and reporting.

After that, Ms. Han joined TriLibra as Domestic Process Supervisor with her expertise in Chinese patent and trademark prosecution practice. Through many years of work in both law firm and in-house environments, she has gained a very deep understanding of the practical operation of China’s patent and trademark procedures, and is highly familiar with the relevant requirements under the Chinese Patent Law, Trademark Law, and related intellectual property regulations.

Ms. Han is particularly skilled in managing complex procedural portfolios, coordinating multi-case filings, supervising deadline-sensitive matters, and maintaining high standards of procedural accuracy and compliance. She has extensive experience in supporting Chinese filings for clients, as well as assisting domestic clients in building efficient and reliable filing and maintenance systems for their intellectual property assets.

Ms. Han plays an important role in the firm’s overall IP operations and client service system. With her strong command of Chinese patent and trademark procedures, she helps clients and attorneys efficiently navigate procedural requirements, minimize formal risks, and maintain smooth portfolio operations across different stages of prosecution and maintenance.
